Payments

For ease of booking with us, we use the PayPal channel to pay the full amount and/or deposit. Before making the payment, one of our staff will generate an invoice via PayPal based on your selection (full amount/deposit/cash on the tour day )

All payments are managed by our payment processor: Paypal. Marrakech Outdoor Trips never collects or has access to your credit card details. Paypal uses the latest version of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system that sends your credit card data from your [or your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP)] secure server in an encrypted configuration. This ensures that no one can intercept transactions and obtain any sensitive information.

Voucher

Your booking number is marked in the e-mails sent to you immediately after your booking confirmation as well as on your ticket voucher in the PDF format. Look for the ‘Marrakech Outdoor Trips Order Number’; you’ll need this number if you wish to contact the customer service. Feel free to reach us via the form (below) if you can’t obtain your booking confirmation number.

Booking Modification

You can instantaneously modify the date and/or time of booking by adding your booking confirmation number and PIN to the feature below. You’ll find both pieces of information on your voucher. (Voucher Sample) Booking reference: PIN: Please note that not all bookings can be rescheduled as this would depend on the cancellation policy of the activity. However, bookings can be rescheduled before the cancellation deadline; otherwise, additional charges may apply. Alternatively, you can log in or create an account on our website with the e-mail address you provided to reschedule your activity. Cancellations & Refunds

You’ll find information regarding your booking’s cancellation policy on your voucher and each activity’s page. You can instantly cancel your booking by adding your booking confirmation number and PIN to the form below. You’ll see both pieces of information on the voucher. Please note that not all bookings can be cancelled; see your voucher for more information. (Voucher sample) To cancel your order, please enter your booking confirmation number and PIN. We’ll confirm your booking cancellation via e-mail. Please look into your e-mail’s spam folder or check the booking status on the website if you have not received instant confirmation of the cancellation. Feel free to contact us if you face any issues or have questions.

Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.

Meeting Point and Pickup

The location of the meeting point is described on the voucher in the “Meeting point” section.

If anything is unclear, please contact our local partner directly. You can find their contact information on your voucher.

You will be required to provide your accommodation details at the time of booking. If you cannot give a pick-up address at the time of booking, please contact us to schedule your pick-up accordingly.
